yes time to roll up your sleeve.Get your Flu shot.
Get it now as it take one or two weeks to get going.
They now have the high doze.
I have been getting this many years.Never got the flu.
so roll up and get the shot.

@amadeo Now admittedly, the flu shot has not prevented me from catching the flu, but I hope that it at least gives me some protection. There's so many strains, it's hard to prevent all of them.

@db20747 I had the flu shots so many years ,many years.No problem.Never got the flu.
This is highly recommend for the elders.Which our immune system not as strong as yours
We have to be careful Do not believe what you hear.Talk to your Dr.

I must admit that I never get the shot. I usually get a little sick, nothing serious, develop some antibodies and move on. As for my son, he got all the shots available on the market
.

I've never taken the flu shot, sometimes you're born with an immunity to certain illnesses.
