How do you listen to music in your car?

It all started with cassette players and a radio in the cars. 10 years ago, I used to use CDs in my car. Then switched over to usb drives. Now it's usually music from my phone played via Bluetooth. How do you listen to music in your car?

I still listen to music through the radio and CDs. I'm old school and I still have an old school car. I'm fighting upgrading to the new technology in my car. It's my last stand with my private fight with technology taking over. lol

@pitstop I still have an old school car, so I don't have that option. I also don't have the time to burn CDs like I used to in the past. I'm a single parent.

@TishaMears yes, burning CDs did take an effort. Laptops these days don't have a cd option now. I sometimes used to use the aux cable to connect my phone to an old cassette player in one of my old cars in the past.

@pitstop Yes! Back in the day I used to connect a portable CD to the old cassette player in my 1st car(I'm kinda telling my age lol). I just got a new laptop and made sure that it had the CD option. I lose flashdrives and don't really like them. Still having my private fight with technology. lol

I listen to youtube, and many cars have their Bluetooth system that allows you to play the list of favorite songs. Everything is evolution

Me too. I used put some of my favourite music to usb drives but now via bluetooth. My fav is heavy metal hahaha .. but depending of mood too. If I need to relax, I choose to playing some pop cover music.

We didn't have any FM radio stations where I live till a few months ago. I occasionally listen to the radio. My car has a cd player and it has had the same cd in it for a year!

We have radio and CDs. Occasionally we use a stick or whatever it's called. Is that the same as a usb drive?

I really love having a CD player in my car. I've had tape players and CD players. I've also owned cars that have had neither. I now have a car that has what would be a really good CD player if it worked! I haven't got a clue about all the devices that you can plug in. So, I tend to just listen to the radio. That's alright but I often end up switching between a few stations as they start talking too much or there are more adverts than songs or they start to play too many things I don't like. Then I just switch it off and listen to whatever song is going on in my own head!

I still love my CDs because I like to listen by category. Different CD for different moods. I'll burn a CD with a theme and pop in the CD that matches my mood and roll down the windows and just drive. If I want a specific song, however, I'll just use my phone.
