Painful Reactions to Certain Foods

In the last few years, I've discovered that I can't eat some foods that I used to enjoy.
I'm 55 and recently post-menopausal. I'm putting that info out there just in case anyone has had a similar experience or has knowledge about this.
I don't know if it's an actual allergy, but when I eat certain foods, my tummy swells up and I have horrible pains way up high, under my sternum. It usually takes 3 hours or longer for my symptoms to subside.
The foods that affect me this way are raw tomatoes, strawberries, watermelon and bananas.

@BloggerDi For allergy test you need to be total heathly before take it otherwise result can be broke.

Yes I have just discovered that I really should not have Carrageen. It is found in my half and half so I must go organic now and it is so much more expensive, but thats okay my colon likes it. I know since aging some, I can no longer tolerate a lot of different stuff. Sorry it has hit you too.
