Happy Friday to us all from this side of the earth, fellow mylotters, how is the weather out there?
I checked my account on Facebook in my phone this morning and I saw some posts of a friend showing her ‘lovelife’ and how they are enjoying each other’s company.
Now that I am on desktop, I checked on Facebook and again, my wall is swarmed with so many pictures of the lovelife of this friend. What I did was I went to the friend’s profile wall and noticed that I am ‘following’ her. I made a drastic move; I unfollowed her.
I did not unfriend her, I just unfollowed her. I won’t block her too; I just unfollowed her.
Worry not, my fellow mylotters who are my friends on Facebook. I follow you!
Do you unfollow some of your friends on Facebook, or do you unfriend them? What may be your reasons for unfriending or unfollowing them?

@ridingbet I also blocked a person, because I do not want that she looks at my stuff.

@ridingbet No, they'd realize it if I were not following them anymore. I don't see their posts unless I go to their page. I'd rather not waste my time on Facebook. I prefer to myLot.

@DianneN for me, i share some posts aboutmy family, our dogs, my work, and share some posts to others. 2 days ago, i posted a high school picture and it received many likes. i think my friends acknowledged how i looked before.

so, that is also unfollowing them. their notifications are reduced to just the important posts only.

The follow button is automatically ticked why we friend a person-- this is based on my observation.

you therefore constantly update your account, and i think that is nice. me as well, i do not accept friend requests from former students now colleagues once i know they are self-centered and full of selfies only.
