I was reading a post from @Juliaacv, and I mentioned my mom's signature dish, which she called Dorito Chicken. I don't have a signature dish, but I was wondering if you did. I have been making Dorito Chicken for weeks now, I guess because it sounds good. Before that I was on a pork chop kick.
Do you have what one would call a signature dish? I'm posting a picture of the prepared food.

@Marilynda1225 I love ours, not others - as I don't like everything most put in them. and I can say what goes in ours

@AmbiePam I use beef or turkey, one small onion, green pepper, a slice of bread, abit of milk, one egg, and ketchup on the top..pretty standard really, but fantastic.

That sounds interesting, I am sure the Doritos give the chicken a great flavor. My signature dish would probably be what I call "My Famous Pumpkin Pie" where I start with a whole pumpkin and apples (and seasonings of course) and end up with cooked apples for a pie or dumplings and enough pumpkin puree for 3-4 pies, depending on how big the pumpkin was.

@Carmelanirel2 Not really. Maybe the salt gives it a subtle flavor.

@AmbiePam Yes, I can see how the chips would also give it a crunch, but doesn't it also flavor it?

I make one Chicken dish with lots of herbs and marinated with curd. That is very popular among friends and family and is always in demand. I can call it as my signature dish. My veg and non veg biryanis are also in demand all the time.
