Music for Today ~ Arms Wide Open

I decided to share a link to a favorite song every day or every few days perhaps. I like so many songs I will be posting links for awhile. I know we all like different genres and styles of music. But maybe one of these songs will get your attention.
Dustin loved music as well. I have a soundtrack with all of his favorite songs. Sometimes I listen to them, sometimes it is too hard. Today is a good day. Here is the first one. It is called Arms Wide Open by Creed. The video is nice as well. Pretty scenery.
The backstory to this one is he just found out he is going to be a father for the first time. I think it is cool to know the stories behind the songs. Do you like learning about the songs? Do you have a favorite song or genre?

This band is one of my favorites if not the favorite. I listen to the often when I am feeling particularly emotional. I do love this one a lot. The video is beautiful too.

This song always makes me laugh. Not the song itself, it's a good song, but I have a very funny memory of my cousin singing this song at the top of her lungs spinning around her living room with her arms wide open, just being a goofball. Just hearing it reminds me of that.
I always like hearing what people's favorite songs are :)

@CarolDM singing in the car is such a good thing to do! one of the best feelings in the world to me is driving with the windows down and playing music you really love. and singing as loud and off key as possible and not caring what the world thinks
