Almost on Fire.

Last night was a nightmare for me.
I was about to sleep after posting my last discussion last night when I heard my Uncle shouting "fire, there is fire!". My adrenaline wakes me up and instantly called 911. Thank God, 911 operator got my call.
Everyone in the neighborhood is in a panic. All the men went to the house where the fire started to help get rid of the fire. It was the same house who started the fire last year again. We can still see the smoke from the outside.
Everyone is trying to get rid of the fire. Until 911 firemen came and finish the fire. The boyfriend was there too because it's his duty last night. When the fire declared out, everyone is at peace. Then the boyfriend saw me and said I should get home because it's late.
Thank God, the fire was not that big or else, all houses here will damage too, and maybe ours will get affected as well.
Have you experienced this too?

Very dependable 911 in your place and the firemen are quick to respond unlike here that they are slow in responding.

@JustBhem And it's Duterte who institutionalized 911 and other service in your places. And to think that he's being despised by many who do not know what the many good things he has done to your city which is the biggest city in the world in terms of land area. Credit should therefore be given where it is due.

I haven't seen houses on fire yet in my entire life. That's definitely panicking.

I see. It could be possible. They can get a lot of money maybe by burning the property. Just like what happens here. One mall was burned because of the million insurance they can have, bad sadly. They are people who compromise from the burning.

I have never experienced a fire myself, but I have seen it on TV. Two fires in one house. That's weird. The owner of the house should look up the reason.

Once fire broke out in our next building. The owners left the house with burning incense stick. Luckily they controlled it in time before it reached the gas cylinder in kitchen. It could have been devastating. We all ran out of the building. It was panicking situation.

Good thing they managed to contain the fire. It happened here too, but a long time ago, probably 20 years or so. Me and a friend tried to help, a lady that was living near the house that was on fire asked us to break down the door. Well, I thought it was easy, but I was wrong, it's really hard actually. And you don't use your shoulder, it's better to kick it .
Anyway, the firefighters came and they took over. Fortunately they put out the fire quickly and there was no one hurt .

When I was a kid we lost a house to arson! Thankfully we weren't there at the time!
