My son arrived early this afternoon. After I closed the gate, he exclaimed that his students from his advisory class who played chess and scrabble won first place in the recently concluded Intramurals.
My son coached his students/players and seeing them win first place (for chess) and second place (for scrabble) gave my son a very wide grin.
He posted some of his thoughts on Facebook and he is appreciated by most of the senior high school students.
...And I as his mother, am once again so proud of him.

What grade is his advisory class? I am planning to buy chess pieces for my nephew and niece. My niece won the chess competition too.

I have very fond memories of teachers who coached and accompanied me in inter-school competitions. I'm sure these students are also very fond of their teacher, your son. Certainly, you are delighted and proud to have raised a wonderful young man who is a positive influence to the youth.
