In 2016 I only weigh 59kg or 130lbs for 5’8” tall and 62kg last year. I always eat a lot like a normal person can eat or eat too much most of the time. 3 months ago I weigh 68kg and thats the heaviest Ive ever weigh and I still look skinny, I decided to go to the gym and take suppliment for mass gain. After 3 months I only gain 2kg., I am now at 70 kg and my actual target is to reach the 75kg. Its too slow for 3 months of eathing and going to gym. Im instructor is having full time on me everytime im at the gym. One thing we notice is I sweat a lot, He even excluded the cardio in my program and do more of stretching instead before the work out. But I decide not to give up. I decided that even of its hard and not seen so much result from it. The important things is there is a progress.

Tell me about it... I'm 6'1" and weighing 67 kg right now. I was at 75 kg, but for a brief time and I still looked skinny. I also eat a lot, more than 3000 calories a day, but it's not enough. Maybe I should go to the gym too .
Anyway, you are on the right track, keep it on!

Just keep doing the workout and the eating properly, and don't always try to weigh yourself. Just enjoy doing it and think that it's for a better health.
You will see, that you will be surprised that you gained a lot of poundage already. Good luck on your aim.

You can increase your muscle, with weights and resistance exercise, but you still may look quite thin. Do it healthfully.
