Walk - Jog - Walk.

Hello everyone.
It is Sunday morning here now (6:15AM). I just finished my walk. And I am tire but happy because I elevated my routine of walking only to walk-jog-walk.
I started with walking and then on the next street I will jog as much as I can and then go back to walking again. It is a bit difficult for me because of my weight and comes with the weight are some knee and ankle pains. Though tolerable I still am careful as I do not want injury.
I am hopeful that it will progress to a much longer time of jogging than walking.

Good for you my friend keep exercising and take good care of your health. Dont forget to hydrate with water from time to time.

I do the walk jog walk, the dogs love it, its like a game for them for me to run a block and walk ablock.

Oh I had my early morning walk today. I bought bread and noodles along the way. It was a good time because it wasn't too sunny and I got to talk with a few people from my neighborhood. Good to know you're able to incorporate jogging into your routine now.
