This is kangkong-- green leafy vegetable also known as water spinach or swamp cabbage. I planted as seeds and now grown and ready to harvest.
I need to harvest so the new scion or young shoot will come out.
Unlike the popular kangkong which is commonly grow in swamp or ricefields, this one is intended to be planted as seeds.
As a green leafy vegetable it is rich in Vitamins A and C, also B complex among other necessary minerals and vitamins (as per google).
I myself love it as a dish for lunch and dinner as salad and stir-fry and of course as leafy veggies for sinigang.
Of course now, since it is my grown veggies I know its organic and it is saving on my part since it is my garden.
Let's harvest.

I have not seen the seed of this plant. I would usually see them on swamps and they are a very hardy plant that they can survive on water and on land as well. They can float on water and on land and they can grow fast and needs little care for them to grow. Despite that they are nutritious as well and goes with many other veggies.

@ilocosboy I have seen the seeds of the veggies you mentioned above but not this one. I haven seen a seed pod or a fruit where the seeds are for this plant. Although I saw them bloom a flower but I did not see the seeds of this plant at all.

The size of the seed is just a bit smaller than mongo. Its not hard to grow from seeds, just sow it on the soil and water everyday.

I bought the seeds in agricultural supply including seeds of tomatoes, pechay, radish d okra. I have planted patola and squash and other. It was nice to see them growing.
I used to think kangkong as succulent only that can grow shoots from its branches. The seed kangkong grown can also survive without much water.

I think this plant does not have seed. I have not seen one. I thought the stem can be replanted. I have not planted such but replanted stems of sweet potatoes in the past.

And because its from nutritionists that only confirm how salad good is. What's more if you grow it in organic way and harvest freshly then boiled in water. It could be one of the healthier food.
