My Eyes Burn When On Computer too Long

It's been a long day online. I'm trying to get some work done but it can be difficult. I used to like writing more the old school way on paper until I found it much quicker to just put it directly online. Of course! But then, something else started to happen. The more I started to be on the computer to write sometimes the less I could work. I would get headaches besides other things. The down spiraling of things started to occur. I've tried to push through many times but now I'm at the point where my eyes burn when I'm on the computer for too long. Experts say that we're supposed to rest our eyes every hour for about 10 minutes. But who remembers that?! And also when you're in the middle of writing that could stop your flow. I guess I'm just either gonna have to take the experts' suggestion or push through the burn... Does anybody else have these issues?
