I went to this newly opened Indian restaurant near the office which serves giant naan and super delicious chicken curry. You can tell them how spicy you want your curry to be by pointing at the number of chili peppers on the menu. The waiters are Indians who can speak fluent Japanese. And despite the serious faces, they are very accommodating. There are big flat screen TV monitors inside which show Bollywood movies. It sure did entertain me while waiting for my order. Question: Why do Indian movies have all these dancing scenes? Anyhow, great food + great ambiance at a reasonable price = a satisfied customer.
Do you like Indian cuisine?
Photo silenced my hungry stomach.

Oooh I love Indian food. I always try to get my mom to try more, but the spiciness does turn her away some.
I don't know about why they have so many dance scenes, I just love how their music is so different because they have a different note system.

@sol_cee Yes-- not sure what Mango lassie is but sounds like a sweet and fruity side dish for the curry.

I observed that too, the movie always have dancing scenes. Even when Jacky Chan made Kung Fu Yoga with Indian actors and actresses and setting on India, they also have the dancing scene.

Some of my former bosses were Indians but I haven't thought of asking why the peppy dance though.
I've been to an Indian grocery store once somewhere in Manila but not to an authentic Indian restaurant. Although, I've had some very good curry dishes in the past and I made my own roti too. I love spicy foods so I guess I'm all out for those orangey stuff that they often cook.

Needless to say that I love Indian cuisine because I am an Indian. Recently, I have been to Thailand. There also, our first priority would be to locate any Indian Restaurant and eat Indian food. No food could equate with Indian food. Indian food with flavor of tomatoes, onion, garlic and ginger, various herbs and spices is one of the best food in the world.
It is interesting question - why do Indian movies have all these dancing scenes? You see since beginning when Bollywood movies were made, dances and songs were integral parts of it. Indian love music, song and dances, therefore, Bollywood (Indian) movies cater to their demand. Normally, a situation in a movie is created so as to infuse/insert a dance sequence or a song, so that it may look like a part of the movie. Most of the movies have one or two dance sequences and few songs. There are less number of movies which are made without songs.

Talking about chicken curry I remember ordering something at a Japanese restaurant in Singapore and this curry tasted exactly the way we prepare.
