Digital life does have procs and cons to an individual life. Good is making life simple and available almost at real time. bad side is security issue. An example is like the cyber security post that you have replied yesterday.

Spent more times on digital life might have side effect, anything in excess the limit don't have good result. Proper time, proper uses will be fine and useful.
