Do you do body exercises.

Doing body exercises is very useful for our health. It is something that every clinician would advice people who want to live a healthy life. There are a lot of benefits to body workouts. I always do my body workouts each evening and every morning when I wake up. I have an app which directs me on what to do each day. This has been so effective in helping me loose belly fat and achieving that body shape that I have always desired. Do you do exercises? Has it been beneficial in any way?

I have dumbbells so I do weight exercises and some cardio ones. Exercising is healthy indeed.

sadly no, the only exercise i get is walking long distances sometimes

I am not regular in doing exercises but I prefer pranayam to do pranayam daily. But due to laziness or tiredness l am not doing it on daily basis.
