Breakfast horseshoe

Tonight for dinner we were going to have biscuits and gravy and my hubby wanted some hash browns to go with it, well I was getting my hair done at the time (will show when done) and I can into the kitchen to see he messed up lol. So I took what there was a made fried potatoes out of it and then thought hey I'm going to make a breakfast horseshoe. So I cooked some eggs and I was all set. Now I'm so full I can't breathe. Do you guys like breakfast horseshoes?

I made mine with hash browns on the bottom then sausage and gravy and eggs on top. Sometimes I add cheese but I figured I had enough.

Never heard of it. But it looks and sounds delicious. I have actually been craving even biscuits and gravy for years now but I more often opt for an omelet. If I just break down and make something like this at home it might just solve the issue.

Not sure what breakfast horseshoes are actually. I do like biscuits and gravy, and eggs, and hashbrowns though!

I've never heard that term before . You had eggs, fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy. How did that make a horseshoe?

Lol that's just what we call it up here, and no I didn't use the biscuits just sasuag and gravy. I don't know how it got it's name up here but everyone I know calls it that.

A breakfast horseshoe is hash browns on the bottom and sausage and gravy and eggs on top, cheese melted on the very top if wanted and yes I will show my hair once it's done.
