it is transition period, from dry season to rainy season. some of my students have got fever and cough. so many can get sick easily in this period. and the worst, mosquito is everywhere (mosquito is one of the biggest problem in tropical countries). they are breeding more in this period. i ever got dengue fever 4 years a go at this transition period. in a single day may have extreme weather, sunny and after that heavy rain and vice versa. local rain is often happened too.

It's common for the changes of seasons to bring illness. Mosquitoes are very dangerous!

Changes of season often seem to bring about coughs and colds.

@nawala123 Bugs seem to be stronger in more recent years and harder to fight off.

We all go through this transitional suffering especially as a parent and teacher as kids are the easiest victim. Last year my husband got dengue during November and it was really bad. These mosquitoes are really nasty.

@nawala123 Runny nose is the first sign, it's uncomfortable about that. It makes me sleepy but I have no choice.

Hi there @nawala123 ! I think that on times like this, we need to be extra careful and strengthen our immune system to stay protected from different illnesses. We can't avoid that we get sick at times but I would recommend sticking to natural remedies as much as we can. I hope that your students will get better soon.

The season change from summer to fall is welcome here, but not so much from spring to rainy season. Some people don't like winter, but I don't mind it. Summer heat and humidity are not my favorite things, though.
