If you have been really depressed this times it's better to check this piece out. I found listening to violin therapeutic.

Good for you, I tend to watch comedy movies or shows like comedy central that would give me a good laugh. Find a way to get yourself away from the stress.

I'm also fond of watching comedy central, you should also try impractical jokers, they're pretty funny.

He is really good playing and I have always loved the violin anyway. Watching funny things that make you laugh also help to bring out the humour which is a must too.

@dave121495 No, not at all but I have a very good music ear for them. I would have loved to have known how to play one but I would much rather appreciate the violin by the ones who do know how to play them.

can music eliminate depression?

You can judge if it can, if you have been depressed and you always hear music and if you feel that it's alleviating maybe it could eliminate it. But many studies now has been done, brainwaves changes after a series of hearing classical music.

@dave121495 yes I've heard about that ... I think it's true that music can relieve depression but for high levels of depression it won't work
