Laughter, as the saying goes is a medicine. I love laughing a lot. My sister and I have this slogan, "live, laugh and love." I always think about it whenever I am stressed and it really helps in cheering me up. Laugh at people's jokes, laugh with your friends, laugh at your memories and laugh at your mistakes. The later really helps you to wake up and move on when you make a mistake.

It's one way of staying healthy actually. When you are always laughing you are healthy. Laughter is the best medicine as an adage goes.
