Just Another Day At The Gym

I like to stay healthy and fit. This morning was just another day but I have all the hours to waste at the gym because it is holiday. Today is chest + triceps day at the gym I now feel re-energized and happy. I always love the feeling after sweating. What do you do to keep yourself healthy and fit?

@resukill22 That is already per month. I don't have a personal trainer so it is less expensive.

I burn fats easily and take proteins and less carbs in food intake.

Take some time to workout at home or maybe jog outside if you have a time. Also eat healthy and a good sleep will help you.

Try to exercise at home or at work if you can and eat healthy to compensate to that.
