Just Another Day At The Gym

I like to stay healthy and fit. This morning was just another day but I have all the hours to waste at the gym because it is holiday. Today is chest + triceps day at the gym I now feel re-energized and happy. I always love the feeling after sweating. What do you do to keep yourself healthy and fit?

@nela13 That is great that the gym helps you. I do exercises at home in the winter and walk to and from the store once a week and when throw out the garbage I go up and down the stairs because of no elevator.,

@resukill22 That is already per month. I don't have a personal trainer so it is less expensive.

It depends. It is very affordable though only 1k php.

My gym was actually closed for the holiday today, which is different.........so I skipped. Normally I am pretty regular as well.

Take some time to workout at home or maybe jog outside if you have a time. Also eat healthy and a good sleep will help you.
