No more Constipation for me

okra, slice, vegetable
Philippines
November 29, 2018 9:23pm CST
I've struggled with this problem for as long as I know. I was able to solve it with a smoothie. But fruits were sometimes expensive and takes time with the blender. But one time I drank the liquid from the sliced okra that I boiled. Hours later I didn't have problem dumping I remove the seeds (to avoid gout), sliced and then boils them..Then I add it to my instant soup with the hot liquid on it. The picture will be upload later. I eat at least five sliced pieces per day. Of course I add a table spoon of moringa powder for more vitamins. Have a nice day

Moringa leaf in any form, spinach or three to five servings of veggies everyday keep constipation away. Fruits too do the job effectively.

Hello @sofssu There are times that I buy fruits but not everyday. And okra is very cheap to buy.

@sofssu Though it's the same amount as the okra on the market, sometimes they're not available. other times they look dry.

@Letranknight2015 Perhaps I do not know the prices in your country but this should give you an idea. Because prune juice really helps regulate.

Leafy vegetables can help you to overcome this problem. Drink warm water in morning (4 glasses on empty stomach) then one glass of warm water before going to bed will also helps.

I hink you should try what I do every morning upon waking up. I drink 2 tall glassfuls of warm water. In a few seconds, i will have a runny nose, fart and run to the toilet.

I have not had a problem with this for many years. But I remember having a problem with this when I was a kid and somewhat into my adult years. It was no Bueno. Very unpleasant. It is rare I miss a day anymore. But it does happen. If I go more than two days without going I take a physic.

Hello @arunima25 moringa didn't work that much as help with constipation unless there's a larger dosage. But with okra it was only four to five pieces.

Any leafy greans tend to do the trick; especially in liquid form. I like to use wheat grass and spinach...maybe some kale too. It'll definitely clean you out and keep those bowls healthy. My gf uses a veggie powder that comes pre-made too.

My wife has this problem. She gets a medicine called sodium picosulphate from her doctor. Works like magic!
