They Make It Sound So Easy!!!!!!!

They make shopping online sound so easy!! I ordered a scarf online about two weeks ago!! Today i decided to do some tracking of the order and it showed it's returned to sender!!! I was on chat customer service which took about an hour and now i have to wait another 24 hours for the email to tell me further options!! I think one option is getting a refund, exchange, or re-sent!! What should i do??!! I like the scarf!! I want that scarf!!! I hope they hurry up!! I need a scarf!!

If you really like the scarf and need a scarf, ask them to re-send it. What went wrong he first time?

I'm trying to find out why it was returned to sender!!! When I tracked it's been around the world in 30 days!! To great lakes NY in three different delivery centers!! Then on to Maryland and then to DC, then the same route back to NY!! I hope they didn't try to deliver it in NY!!! Soon as I get the email I might ask them to resend it!! I like that scarf!! I don't have money to waste!!! It's a nice scarf!!!!

I just had to deal with the customer service department today regarding an online order I placed. I received an email yesterday saying the package was delivered. It wasn't there yesterday. It wasn't there today. And I've been home all day, so I know it wasn't delivered and then stolen. Thankfully, the company is sending out a replacement shipment. I told them to send it to my office at work this time, so I will know for sure when it arrives.

Thanks!! The tracking has it going to like 50 places and then back to NY!!! I really like that scarf!! I don't have money to waste!! Maybe I should ask for a refund and then buy one at the store!! Now I have an amazon gift card to try to use!! Let's see how this one goes!!!

I also experienced that kind of situation. After it was sent back to seller, I didn't do anything I liked the item too but I was thinking if I try to re-order it, I might be asked to handle the shipping fee and pay more compare to the first delivery.

Yes!! Through a rewards site!! I was giving it a try to earn points for online shopping!! I really liked the scarf!! BUt they gave me refund to my paypal account!! Ordered a gift card and on my way to the store to buy a scarf!! I always have to call the supervisor when I try to use the egift cards!!!
