Everyone feels the stress at some point in their life. Some are able to free themselves from it and some not. So, what do u do to get some peace of mind ?

I like to listen to music that it uplifting. I like to walk and I used to like to cycle on my bike. I am keen on Zumba dancing to make me feel happy.

@ashuli I close the room to a door and if want peace and quiet I put my white noise machines on to drown out other noises so can concentrate on what I am doing.
