A new kind of SCAM? Naked Christian ladies everywhere?

This morning I deleted about 10 emails from my SPAM folder. But there was one I hadn't seen before. It said that I could choose to subscribe or unsubscribe, but it didn't tell me for what.
The prudent email user would want to unsubscribe to everything, but it occurred to me that if I clicked on the unsubscribe button, ANYTHING could be behind it, including viruses, naked ladies with silly looks on their faces, etc.
So I hit respond. This is what I found:
notification-reply@mintnude.com; notification-reply@holywest.net; notification-reply@hurtfulreal.com; notification-reply@cruisehigh.net; notification-reply@dashascent.net
Minitnude? What is minitnude? Holywest? What is holywest? Will I get spam from Christian PORN sites?
If you have a garbage email account, and want to check out one of the emails, let me know what you discover. As for me, it's time to hit delete.

These are trap emails. Unsubscribe button could be even more dangerous and could be virus too.

I don't think I've ever gotten those. But I've gotten plenty of emails offering me to hook up with hot women (though I am straight) and to enlarge my you know what even though I am not a guy. My email address doesn't give away that I am a female though so guess they have no way of knowing these things don't apply to me.

Nope, I do not check them out. Sometimes I have to mark them as "not spam" if I know where they came from. You have wierd e mails as well as catchy titles and themes.

Oh my God, you actually did? Please don't do it next time, what if it is a harmful virus that destroys all your personal information in your hard drive? Please next time, just delete it! I wouldn't have risked :(

@jvicentevalera No, I just wanted to see who sent the email. I think that's safe.

I never opened any of my spam mails. I just delete it. Or simply ignore it as it goes directly into my junk folder.

I never bother with my spam folder unless I am looking for something specific.
