I had just about put up those hanging baskets and a couple of Sansevieria aka mother in law's tongue, aka snake plant - are already blooming.
That is what nature does. We have to just watch it performing but sometimes it could be quite disappointing No questions asked. Just take what it gives

You cannot demand when it comes with nature but it is kind to me although I still do not understand why I cannot grow dahlias (lol)

We had our pet rooster in that pen. We lost him a few years ago and the pen was empty I put up these hanging basket in his memory
