17 days diet DAY #1

started today the 17DAYS diet.
just finished day 1!!
can't believe i did it..
it wasn't easy, but feels good so far.
so this is what i ate during the day:
breakfast:
cup of coffee, no sugar.
big salad,
half avocado.
&Green tea
a.m snack:
1 apple
Greek yogurt 0%
Lunch:
chicken breast, cauliflower & a green salad.
Green tea
p.m snack:
10 almonds
&Green tea
Dinner:
vegetable soup.
because i'm not used to eat in order, feels like i ate a lot , but i learned it's very important to not skip meals.
so far so good.
hope tomorrow is going to be the same!
i'm studying tomorrow so i'm going to be out until 19:00. any ideas what i can take with me?
