Actually it is now called engineered sanitary landfill. And speaking of sanitary landfill the garbages should be segregated from biodegradable, non biodegradable and reusable. According to Clean Air Act, burning is strictly prohibited by the community and the people living the area. How come the implementor now the law breaker, and this time its the government who commit mistake by burning in the dumping site. Accident or not but the situation should come to worse like this where the garbage where burned to ashes and the thick cloud is causing some respiratory problem to the children and old folks. I hope the situation will be controlled soon.
