Would You Consider Hiring Picoworkers?

In promoting your blog or youtube channel, will you consider utilizing picoworkers or microworkers.
These are not organic traffic so to speak but it is still a way to promote.
Would you consider using your myLot earnings to pay for these jobs?

I see. I tried small tasks but thinking if I have a blog or youtube channel if I would use it to have more traffic.
