Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield. Spending Christmas Eve with them is very spiritual. The three ghosts they sent were completely different. Moe, Larry and Curly. They told me they were plumbers and caterers. Despite their competency, none of their projects turned out satisfactorily. There's three feet of water in the basement and I have three dozen Christmas cookies that are suitable for anchors. I still want Marilyn and Jayne. Someone at Amazon Home Ghost Service has a lot of explaining and apologizing to do. *** The above is exactly 100 words long, so I'm submitting it as my 100 word Christmas Story Challenge entry. It's nonfiction. Of course. Because I have no imagination and that makes writing fiction very difficult for me. Being limited to 100 words forced me to leave out a lot. The fires, explosions, floods and various injuries, for example. I also didn't have room to talk about Moe, Larry and Curly also claiming to be exterminators and the resulting DDT incident.
