Not Exactly As I Wanted

I had planned to finish the blog post, get it up and shared, then go outside. But the very moment I was pasting the article I hit something wrong and poof! it was gone. I was so irritated I went to cleaning the house. Soooo..... I folded clothes and put them away, I washed dishes and took all the decor off the Christmas tree. Took a break and then wrote another blog post, not s good as the first but would do. I cooked greens and turnips and home canned those, I walked the dogs for 10 laps. And by this time its almost dark, so I just unloaded the truck, stacked the wood to be cut later, tomorrow if the rain holds off. I am resting with mylot and coffee, soon I will make dinner. How was your day?

You work so hard. I almost feel guilty telling you that I did absolutely nothing all day long. In fact I took 2 20 minute naps this afternoon. My body is so tired.

How do you cook the turnips? Just wondering as I have been meaning to try them. I had a pretty productive day, went to the gym, did a couple of loads of laundry, organized a bit and now finishing my workday up.

I eat them raw, I also boil them , drain the water and add butter and salt, or slice and fry them in butter, salt, pepper and a little sweetener.
