@KOLAMsegaran1 Every time you think about it, sit up straighter or stand straighter. :)

I get that problem a lot. I have a massage pad on my recliner that I use when my back starts aching. I hope your backache goes away soon.

@KOLAMsegaran1 A friend gave me a back massage pad for Christmas a couple years ago. It's been a great relief on many days.

Get up when you can and do some stretches that will help. You can even do a search to find specific stretches and exercises to help with lower back pain from sitting at a desk. Make sure you are sitting with proper posture!

@KOLAMsegaran1 feet flat ..back straight. Look up proper position to see at a computer desk and see if you are doing it correctly. They had a poster on the wall when I was a teen and taking keyboarding classes that showed proper posture.

i had back pain for 2 weeks and now it is reduced. i have to have proper body alignment so i won't experience back pains again. how about applying warm compress on your back?

@KOLAMsegaran1 yes, that is one of the first aid management for back pain. heat produces warmth over the area and eventually relaxes the muscles underneath the skin. i always apply hot water bag covered with cloth on my back and i felt relief after. i also know that because i am a nurse.

@KOLAMsegaran1 I go for ice pack or hot water bag. If that gives some relief, then I go for nice back massage.

I have always had back problems, but if your back just hurts from sitting a certain way, do some stretches and walk around and maybe find something to support your back while you sit in the chair.

I have felt it before, not that hard, but I did. What I suggest you to do is to stand up, and take some time to stretch your muscles. if the pain is still there, you might visit a doc for some medication and a more accurate opinion about it. I hope it disappears soon! :)

@KOLAMsegaran1 Anytime. I used to work at a contact centre, and I was all day sitting down. So I made sure to take some time to go to the restrooms, and walk for awhile and stretching my mucles. :)
