@seraseraphina18 I heard that some Koreans love to eat dog's meat. For them, it would make them feel warm during the winter season. I am not sure if it is true.

I rarely go outside. But of course you have to wear thick clothes and coats with thick scarf on your neck with thick gloves on your hands... And also. bring some hot packs on your pocket.
