I am sure you learned what groups of animals are called in school.. but are you aware of these ? A group of crows are called murder owls: a Parliament Eagles: a convocation Fox: a charm Geese: a gaggle Parrots: a pandemonium Porcupines: a prickle Elephants: a parade Camels: a caravan These names are amusing and pretty apt.. have you heard of these before?

I have heard of some of those like Gaggle, Murder and parliament. I also know that a group of Baboons is called a Congress.

@LadyDuck Good on you.. I didn't know a couple of those and i was tickled by the prickle of the porcupines and the parade of the elephants.. I always thought they were a herd.

I do believe that I have heard a parade of elephants. That's what my mom says I sound like when I walk around the house... I'm heavy footed.
