Isn't that "dog meat trade"? If it is, that's animal abuse and is illegal, punishable by law. (depending on the country)

Never saw so many in one cage, here the person doing that would get fined or arrested because he/she is not being careful with the dogs. That photo turned my stomach.

I remember one time that some guy got caught stealing dogs and selling them in the black market. Some of them were actually pets.

In my country dogs are not 'traded' like this. Are the dogs in the picture intended to be eaten?
