Computers, Human Body, & Meditation

Being a computer enthusiast & a meditation practitioner, I found an interesting similarity between the human body & computers. A computer's central processing unit (CPU) must be operated at its intended normal clock frequency operation for it to have a longer lifespan, although it can be calibrated to increase clock frequency to improve performance but is not advisable. For me, when a person is meditating, he/she is kind of calibrating his/her physical body to its normal operating level - breathing frequency, heartbeat frequency, metabolism, emotional stress level, etc., & that's just the tip of the iceberg because I just consider myself a beginner in meditation & I know that there is a lot more to it.
