Technology and computers facilitate work today.

For people with an age that exceeds five or more decades, it is difficult for them to admit the advantages that new technologies and computers provide to their daily tasks, in their personal, professional, and professional life, however it is a mandatory task to assume the new challenges.

But it is necessary to be just, therefore we can not generalize this, there are older people who have great skills with technology.

It is acually one of my jobs in the community where I live to teach technology to the older generations. I'm 40 years old, so I'm right in the middle. It's actually my favorite of my duties to maintain order in the interwebs ( ralph broke the internet, i fix it every day). The look of joy and surprise on their faces when they figure it out and see how much it can really help someone, especially if they are disabled physically or mentally is worth more than any paycheck I will ever recieve. It is my reason for being in the spot that i am, I thank God for giving me this blessing and I thank you for reminding me of that this morning.

Yes. The service to other people is really gratifying. The most convenient is to find new strategies to help people regardless of their age, much more if it is new technologies. Thanks for your comments.

True but one should not become too dependent

Yes, this is also true, the uncontrolled use of a computer can cause physical and psychological diseases.

Some baby boomers actually have a hard time adjusting to new technologies most especially those who have not followed thru with every innovation. I am a baby- boomer who've seen innovations in office works from telex, fax machine, lotus, symphony. Technology made life easier at work, communications are easier to perform than when it is done on an underwood typewriter. I am 57 and some of my office-mates are amazed on how I navigate computers like some millenials . They wonder why I don't use flash disc often because I actually store my files on goggle docs.
