Sometimes people are in denial that they need to change, especially the bad ways. It is not easy to change our bad ways if it became habitual. In fact, I'm my worst enemy because I need to change my bad ways and that is, to do some exercises. Now, I am taking a baby step on this by doing some brisk walking every day. It sounds not appealing to keep fit, but at least I am doing an effort with this concern. Thus, I am also the biggest supporter of myself.

I need to be needier, I guess; because I can't do anything on my own without feeling guilty for doing it without anyone's help, but no one will help me because they think I can do everything without any help from anyone.
Or ... is that just 'me, wishing somebody needed my help'?

@Shavkat But how will I know they need help if they don't ask for it? But how will they know to ask for it from me if they don't see me giving it to others? But how will the others get it from me if they don't see that I can give it?

Yes..it is really hard to curb bad habits once adopted. Like I have to resume my exercise and I need to really strive hard to do so

@Shavkat I'm trying my best to incorporate a regular exercise schedule. Hopefully I will be able to do it in a week on regular basis

I have this crowd before who is a bad influence on me during the old days. But there is no regret for being acquainted with them. I had learned a lot from them, either bad or good. Now, they are not in my life anymore. We need to be vigilant in finding good friends at present. It is a part of being serious and matured.

I find change to be hard. Yes, I am my worst enemy. I have been really hard on myself at times. I am trying to be a better person but at times some things get in the way. I need to learn how to relax more and not listen to bad people.
