here is my theory, recently I broke up with bf and it was very painful. all my thought were about hating him, very negative experience, and I wasted so much brain energy I could focus on education for example, but once I woke up feeling awesome, half of the year of damaging my ming just disappeared, i stoped thinking about that whole story with breaking up and i feel awesome. BUT my brain is used to spent a lot of energy on hating him and right now it simply can't stop producing ideas, I have millions of thought as soon i wake up, during the whole day have to do something, i can't relax and watch film, i have to do 5 things at the same time to feel comfortable, and i even cant fall asleep lol so i have to eat a lot so my brain will be focused on food, when i cant fall asleep i run to the kitchen, quickly cook something, eat and while my brain doesnt understand anything run t the bed and fall asleep VERY FAST, it works !!! and + 8 kilos during 1 months, awesome

Chant for your mind's peace and happiness. There is no point feeling uneasy. I had a break up also during my high school days. I was really upset . I spent almost a year hating my ex. It was of no use.
