About 9:30 Central time there should be a total eclipse of the moon and a blood moon tonight. I hope I can see it from my deck. No clouds so far.
Skywatchers across the continental U.S. will be treated to a total lunar eclipse overnight on Jan. 20-21, when Earth's shadow sweeps over the lunar surface to give it a reddish tinge and turn it into what some call a "blood moon."
The eclipse will be visible across North and South America, as well as in parts of western Europe and Africa. Skywatchers in other parts of Africa, Europe and Asia will see a partial eclipse.
What about you? Any interest in viewing the moon tonight?

@andriaperry You can of course see live videos online, not the same, but they are stunning.

Oh I haven seen yesterday's eclipse. But I did noticed that the moon was a little bit larger than usual. I think the eclipse did happen later that night. It's not much of a news in here though I think that its because we would only see partial lunar eclipse unlike in your place where there is a full lunar eclipse.

I wish I could watch it, but I can't see it from my view :S I hope the ones who can do, enjoy it, since I have heard it won't be happening again until 2021.

I don't think I'll bother going out at 9:30 (It's really cold) but I was out a little while ago and looked at the full Moon. It's really big.

Did the blood fox moon appear in your place, did clouds allow it? It did happen in my hemisphere.
