Have you ever been through the situation of losing sleep and having trouble recovering it? probably yes, right?
This is one of the great "dilemmas" of the modern world (especially for the hectic pace of life we have today). However, people lose sleep for several reasons and not just for their lifestyle.
So, what do you usually do to have it back?

Wow! This is not good.
But what do you usually do to try to solve the problem?

It's very difficult. It is all too easy to lose as much as 4 or 5 hours sleep in one night (if you go to bed late and/or wake early) but to get that back the next night would necessitate going to bed long before your children, it just doesn't happen. And if the loss goes on for several nights in a row there is no way you can ever get it back.

It usually takes a long time for me to fall asleep and one time I got plenty of sleep.

Yeah, I try this.
It's not 100% effective, but it helps sometimes.
