what is Fake News really?

PayPal transaction restriction to Nigerians

It's a pity that we Nigerians does not have full access to PayPal as other countries do. We can pay with PayPal but we can't get paid through PayPal. I would not know y it is so. Or could it be because of the bad name tagged...
