Do you like fried chicken?

We all know that this food (kinda very popular around the world) would not be on the list of healthier foods in the world. But it's undeniable how good this dish is, isn't it? Especially when accompanied by a good sauce. 
I like it a lot, but I try to police myself to eat as little as possible (because it's really a health issue).

@WiseGhots yes, fried chicken is not a fried chicken without the skin but due to health reasons I must avoid eating them, my nieces are just too glad to eat with me because they eat all the skins.

I like it, but have a hard time finding good quality fried chicken around here. There's KFC and Popeye's, but they're a bit overcooked and mushy and greasy.
I miss living in an area that has Bojangles chicken.
