I've been really unhappy lately

I haven't been like depressed I guess..just haven't been feeling like myself. Any recommendations to feel better?

Are you eating nutritious food? Are you getting enough sleep? Do you lead an active life? Do you have issues that need to be resolved? Do you have some good friends? Do you have a positive attitude? How is your relationship with God? Some areas that you may like to look at!

Hangout with someone that is dear to you and talk over crazy things until you feel better

just ask your self why?? whyim feeling like that , of course there is a reason behind it , look deep into your self , you will find out, don't wast your time life is too short for being depressed ok?? be happy always

Maybe try meditation and mindfulness? (I'm not sure I've heard those things could help though!) You could maybe reflect on what you were doing back when you didn't feel that way, and see how it compares to what you're doing now. You may just need to go back to doing things during the time you don't remember feeling this way. Or you potentially may need to try doing new things, you may be subconsciously bored of the things you're currently doing right now, and need something that makes your life feel a little less the same. Orrrr maybe too much is going on and you need to find ways to make more time for yourself.

Not always possible, for a lot of people it's winter and there's not much sun out.~

Do a fun activitu to distract your mind. Sometimes i look up funny videos on youtube or anything to uplift my mood
