Marriage the Center of Life

Last December was one of the most difficult month in the 2018 for me. This is all because my kid sister got married. In a family of 4 girls i am the last to get marry. from where i come marriage seems to be a very big deal. and this really depresses me. what i wish to ask someone out there is, does life revolve around the idea or the fact of being married?

Families can put a lot of pressure on their children to get married and this to me personally. Marriage shouldn't be an end all and be all. It is better to be single and content with yourself than just rushing down the alter just to be married to some abusive partner. Yes marriage can be a blessing, but with the wrong person it can be hel. Be happy with who you are and don't let anyone make you feel wrong for not being married.
