Feeling some body aches and weakness / myLot

Today I am feeling some body aches and weakness. Don't what it happen. Last 3 day we have not sun light and today it is good one. When I sat out side my house for sun bath I was feeling some body aches. Now I took some medicines for it.

I'm a fan of body aches too. Maybe because I am sitting for almost the whole day, everyday. When it is kinda a worst ache then I usually eat some medicine too.

It is not good for health to sit whole day, You must be take break after one hours. Continuous sitting for long time may be cause of some other problems. I have experience of it.
