Do you feel like you get enough sleep at night ?

Do you feel like you get enough sleep at night ? Do you wake up feeling rested ? For me its a toss up .. Some night i sleep great feel great the next morning ..and some nights i dont sleep well.at all.. I am trying to get in a habit of going to bed at the same time and waking up.at the same time see if that helps..

i don't get enough sleep maybe due to the nature of my work ...most times i sleep late and woke up early..i only have a good sleep during weekends.

I try to get up at 6 am every day .. But some days dont make it .. I sleep in on the weekends too What kinda work do you do ?

you should try to even if its once in a week, it will help. u can start with once in a week and tell yourself no matter what i will sleep as much as i need to and create an atmosphere that will help meet that goal

@chrisaloys2341 thank you .. I will do that I hope to be on a good schedule soon I am disabled and dont work so i can set my schedule as needed .. I do feel better being up at 6 am .. That being in a routine. .helps

I am going to try to get more .sleep. See if i can start on a plan to get in bed earlier get my body use to it Because right now i dont get enough sleep either and i can tell it ..

I only get five hours of sleep. This is much better compared before where I can only get 12-20 hours of sleep in one week.

If i could get in bed earlier id get a couple hours more sleep and feel better..

@Nana49 No I do not get enough sleep. I get up to go to the bathroom and check the alarm clock.

Im sleeping my best when its time for my alarm to go off and time to get up or i sleep really good when i get to take a nap ..that is restful sleep to me .

I'd like to have a set time to get up and set time for bed that way id get the same amount every night and my body would be in a routine..

I sleep for about 7 hours and I don't feel sleepy later.. So, I guess I get proper sleep

7 hours is a great amount of sleep to get i get about 5 to 6 ..if im lucky.. .sleep is very important but sometimes i can't sleep til later un the night Then im tired the next morning..

I don't always get to bed at the same time so it all depends on how I feel when I get up. Some days I need a nap some I don't.

There are days for me that i feel the same way And those days a nap feels so good but i try and not nap over and hour or i do feel bad waking up

No my sleep was not fulfilled most of the night. So I feel restless most of the morning. I don't maintain proper time to bed.

That has been my problem but im working on a better routine .. Going to bed same time and up at the same time i may even do that on weekends as well. So my body gets use to it ..

I'm sure I don't get enough sleep because I only sleep 4 hours or less. I also tend to wake up every 45 minutes (I keep thinking the alarm is not going to ring and I'll fall sleep) so I don't get the best sleep either.

@Nana49 I pity light sleepers, I don't think you can sleep well if something like that can wake you up.

I know that feeling too .. If i have an appointment i cant miss i worry the alarm wont go off .. But for me what Wakes me is my furnace kicking on and off it makes a loud noise when it comes on wakes up .. Im a light sleeper anyhow and that dont help

Getting enough sleep is hard these days and that can be very frustrating also it contributes to gaining more weight.

I did not know it contributes to weight gain that is interesting to know ..
