Since I left the Korean school, I decided not to work online for a week and traveled to the City of Valenzuela, Philippines. I wanted to spend time with my baby nephew. Let me share this food for breakfast. It is a 'malunggay pandesal.' This bread has 'malunggay' or moringa leaves. It is a typical local bread in my country 'pandesal' and the baker included the moringa when baking it. I am sure gonna miss this. I will travel back home this evening and getting ready to work online full blast starting next week.
"Have you tried to eat such bread?"
"Are you a breakfast eater?"

I've had a taste of pandesal with moringa brought to us by the son of my wife's boss. They have a bakery in Cotabato and they included pandesal with moringa in their bakery products.

@sunrisefan exactly. i didn't notice any difference also. but the bakery here said people said it's kinda bitter, so they eventually phased it out.

@hereandthere We do the same thing, my friend. The old folks have all the means to do it.

As far as I know there is not this kind of bread made around here at least.
It looks really good though.
Glad you got to see your nephew.

@Shavkat
I am okay thank you and the only bread I can think of here at the moment is one made with sesame seeds in it but there are obviously more than that.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I am sure that every country has to offer with their own bread. I do love the bread in Tajikistan called naan or non. I had tried this and served to be my replacement for rice in every meal.

so you were here? i hope it wasn't too hot for you.
our panaderia here used to sell malunggay pandesal, but eventually stopped, because more people preferred the regular pandesal.

It was quite cooler in my sister's apartment. I think it would be better if they are going to move to a bigger apartment. I was informed that they will move on third week of this month. In City of Pines, I haven't seen a bake shop who sells like this, too.

*smiling at you* So you went out gallivanting, huh? I'm quite sure you enjoyed yourself!
Is this the same bread that we call pan de sal? I've eaten that lots of times! (I've never heard of "malunggay", though. Is that some type of spice?)
Well, I usually don't eat breakfast until I've been awake for several hours, but I do eat a morning sandwich (sausage and egg on a roll) or scrambled eggs or even an omelet. (Can you tell omelets are my favorite morning meal? )
I hope everything goes well for you with your work, Shavkat.

The bread is similar to 'pan de sal.' The bread does look like in the picture. The 'maluggay' or moringa is one of the ingredients. Basically, they are leaves of a tree.
I am doing fine, my friend. I am still catching up with my online jobs. Thanks you.
