so then myk are you saying that the CIA and allied "security" departments have never instigated or colluded with acts of terror? Please read the history of American foreign pollicies and covert actions in regard to other countries. After all they were the ones who coined the term "soft targets" coz it sounds better than "slaughter of innocents"

you DO NOT come into our country kill 3000 people and get away unscathed..there are things i don't agree with bush on,however the middle eastern governments have a reputation for harboring terrorists and have for years they have a fickle attitude toward the united states and seem to all of the sudden not like us when it does not benefit their goals if someone came into your country and did what was done to us and you knew of the general area where the suspects were would you not look there? i am sorry krishna183 this was not a rant toward you specifically and i apologize for the tone inflection it was meant to be added as a reponse.hopefully you understand.

Ourselves. When we do not appreciate and operate in our given freedoms we are opening the door to allow terrorists to torment and destroy. Then we develop a lack of trust in our leadership and we become prisoners of our own demise.

It has to be Bush-- he has much more resources. Besides the US has been at it longer. Al Quaeda's acts of terror are a reaction to initial US acts of terror. Many people seem to think Bin Laden did something nasty out of the blue,-- that's just Bushshit, there was intense provocation. I don't condone terrorism but I can see why it happens. Also check out the history on the IRA and the Basques.

If the answer is Bush, what does that say about American people? We were stupid enough to vote in a terrorist for president? And who really thinks Bush makes all these war decisions by himself? Because he has no influences at all? no advisors? It must just be easier for us to all focus on placing blame on one man instead of looking at the big picture.

I have to say, osama. but if you think about it, we are all terrorists as we are harming the environment, with our cars, spraycans, and so on.

What's worse the enforcer or the creator of terror? Therein lies the answer you're looking for.

I would have to say Osama Bin Laden. Firstly if he put some of that untold wealth he is pouring into terrorism into feeding and educating the poor of his nation, then they would be better off. An secondly he was not elected as a leader by the majority of the people and in his country they do not have free elections. Now you might say that Bush was not elected by a majority of the American people but he was by those who did vote.

osama of course.. no doubt..
but bush or u can say america is somewhere responsible for all those small terrorists..
initially they supports the small group and when they become strong and larger, they become a bg headache for all.. even America..
america shd stop these stupid activities..

I'm going to say Osama Bin Laden. Only because he has been spreading terror for a longer time than Bush has.

I think they both are, they keep going back and forth with people's lives like it's some kind of game, none of them act like grown men, they go about like it's a game of chess. I just think it's ridiculous the way these very powerful men carry on with actually thinking.

Osama is the terrorist. Bush is the elected president of a Democratic country, who is trying hard to protect his people from the evil grip of terrorism.
