Carrot Cake: Have you ever tried it?

I don't know if in your country the carrot cake is something that is usually made, but it is delicious. With a very consistent chocolate syrup as a topping it gets even more delicious. Also, it's an excellent tip for a dessert.
So... If you never tried, you MUST do it as soon as possible!

My daughter in law makes a delicious carrot cake but puts cream cheese frosting on top. I've never seen carrot cake with chocolate on top.

I love carrot cake when it's made well, but usually top it with cream cheese frosting.

Carrot cake is my favorite cake and one that I don't make very often. Yet, it's a wonderful dessert! I like it best with creamed cheese frosting, instead of chocolate syrup.

I love carrot cake, one of the very few options for Healthy cake...lol. I never tried it with chocolate, but that is going to my bucket list. I bake a lot, which is weird in my country. Its not usual to make carrot cake in Kenya, but I like to try out new recipes.
