Do you have an exercise routine ?

I just got done exercising.. I have a small routine i try to do.every day .. I don't do.it long only 5 minutes .but i can tell a big difference after im done i feel.so.much better it always gives me energy .. I.use my hula hoop as a guide to help me i try to.make it fun ..do you have an exercise routine ?

It helps me to do.it every day ..but sometimes im.not as motivated ..

@didinedhia i still dont think your fat .... I was alot smaller years ago too ..how many years ago was that ? This was me when i first started mylot. Im alot heavier now .. But working on it

I do exercises at night. But no routine. I just do what I want. If i'm too tired to do it, I'd pass.. :) I do dumbbells, push ups and planking :)

@Nana49 That's okay, Nana... You're very much doing just fine. I can't do a lot of push ups in a set too. I can do 5 at least in a set or 15 at the most. After that, I take a rest. And do it again later... I feel my body's too heavy right now so maybe sooner I'd be able to push myself more times. I think strength comes in time..

@Nana49 I do exercises for my shoulders so I do other exercises too and I try and do it three times a day Sunday through Friday.

@Nana49 I know what you mean about winter. I do not like to go out if do not have to. I started when the weather was nice a little walking.

Exercise is so good for all parts of your body I can tell when i don't exercise or walk i feel.stiff And slower walking and not as far the next time If i keep.it up.daily it gets easier.. Thats why i hate winter weather cant walk outdoors as much

That sounds like a good workout. I usually walk or power walk for exercise.
